Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS Statistics of Subulussalam Municipality 2024

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to identify the level of consumer needs and satisfaction. SKD 2024 is implemented by all Integrated Statistical Services units of Central BPS, Provincial BPS and Regency/City BPS. The 2024 SKD results were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). SKD 2024 data processing was carried out to obtain information regarding data requirements, Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), and Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
