Abstract

The problem of human development is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of local governments. Quality human resources can be used as an indicator of the success of development in an area.The Central Bureau of Statistics annually conducts surveys to produce various economic and social indicators, one of which is used to calculate the Human Development Index. Since 2014, there have been improvements to the method of calculating the Human Development Index (HDI) with a new method.
