Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to identify the level of consumer needs and satisfaction. SKD 2022 is carried out by all Integrated Statistics Service units at Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency/City BPS. SKD 2022 results were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross-tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). SKD 2022 data processing is carried out to obtain information regarding data requirements, Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), and Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
