Farmers Exchange Rate, Inflation Rural and Paddy Producer Price Aceh Province February 2021

In Aceh Province in February 2021, the Farmers Exchange Rate was 98.76 or decreased by 0.27 percent. This combined NTP is strongly influenced by the five subsector Farmer Exchange Rates in it. There was a decrease in the Exchange Rate of Farmers in all sub-sectors other than the livestock sub-sector.

The Price Index Received by Farmers (It) in February 2021 has decreased by 0.47 percent compared to the previous period. This is due to the decrease in It in all sub-sectors other than the livestock sub-sector.

During February 2021, the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) in Aceh Province decreased by 0.20 percent over the previous period. The decrease in Ib occurred in all subsectors.

In Aceh Province during February 2021, there was deflation in rural areas of 0.27 percent. This deflation was caused by a decrease in prices for the food, beverage and tobacco category by 0.45 percent, with lower commodity prices for vegetables (red chilies, shallots and long beans) and fish (mackerel and milkfish).

During February 2021, the price of GKP quality unhulled rice at the farm level has decreased by 4.87 percent or the value of Rp. 238 to 4,651 rupiah per kilogram. Likewise, at the level of grinding, the price of GKP unhulled rice fell by 4.90 percent or Rp. 243 to 4,716 rupiah per kilogram.
