Abstract

In January 2021 the number of passengers recorded at Iskandar Muda airport reached 25,481 people, or decreased by 29.59 percent when compared to December 2020. In total in Aceh Province, the number of passengers in January 2021 reached 27,262 people, experiencing a decrease compared to December 2020 amounting to 30.11 percent.

In January 2021 there were 474 domestic flights at 7 airports within Aceh Province. There have been no overseas flights due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The highest number of sea transport passengers in January 2021 was at the port of Ulee Lheue, which was recorded at 72,881 passengers, a decrease of 8.93 percent compared to December 2020, also a decrease of 21.54 percent when compared to January 2020. In total, Aceh Province, the number of passengers in January 2021 only reached 107,306 people, a decrease of 33.29 percent compared to December 2020, but decreased by 44.28 percent compared to January 2020.

The total number of unloading goods in January 2021 at the ports in Aceh Province was 350,892 tonnes, while the total cargo load was 127,933 tonnes. 

There are no foreign tourists (tourists) who enter through the arrival gate in Aceh Province in January 2021.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Aceh Province in January 2021 was 20.13 percent, a decrease of 11.63 points compared to December 2020, when compared to January 2020, it decreased by 15.23 points. While the ROR for other accommodation in January 2021 was 18.12 percent, a decrease of 3.29 points when compared to December 2020, also a decrease of 14.75 points compared to January 2020.
