BPS of Subulussalam City Commemorates Kartini Day in 2025

In order to commemorate Kartini Day on April 21, 2025, BPS Subulussalam City held a morning assembly as a form of respect for the services of Raden Ajeng Kartini—an emancipation hero who lit the torch of change for Indonesian women.

The mandate of the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia is a reminder to all of us that Kartini's struggle is not over. Kartini is a symbol of the courage to think beyond her time, and her spirit now lives in every Indonesian woman—from students who dare to dream high, dedicated workers, to leaders and innovators who pave the way for other women.

This commemoration is not just a ceremony, but a call to continue to act—rejecting discrimination, opening up space for participation, and ensuring that every woman in Indonesia grows, learns, and is empowered wherever she comes from.
